What You Get: Lighting & FX

Unlike many bands we have our own stage lighting and that means we don't have to fumble around trying to work out how to use hired lighting before (or during!) each gig.

Our state-of-the-art spotlights can be made to emit any colour at any time; they are mounted on stands either side of the stage area. Linked to a professional lighting controller they not only flash in time to the music, they follow a range of sequences and colour combinations we have painstakingly pre-programmed; and these are different for each song.


We’ve also recently invested in an incredibly powerful ‘moonflower’ that projects a range of lighting effects onto the audience, dance floor, walls and ceiling - see the video on our homepage to get an idea of what it can do.

And of course no self-respecting live band would be without a smoke machine to create that extra bit of atmosphere... and set off the odd smoke alarm every now and then!
