About The Zippers
Someone enquired about us recently saying "I see you're all very experienced" - how polite! Well yes each of us has been playing for longer than we care to remember, although only for the past few years as The Zippers.
A singer with immense vocal range and power, and also a bass player with immaculate timing. If you know anyone that fits this description please get in touch and we'll have them in the band pronto.
A guitar legend, albeit in his living room, he can make it ‘cry, sing and beg for mercy’ all at the same time. Apparently he can make his guitar do that as well.
A man who can make a multitude of sounds, with or without a keyboard. Formerly in a band that went on to record top-10 hits and a string of albums (after he left them!).
A tub-thumper extraordinaire; powerful and solid with a knack of getting people on the dance floor. Col has toured all over Europe, sometimes even as a drummer.
